Carol McDonald ~ Mixed Media and Beach Glass Art

Carol McDonald is a retired enterostomal therapy nurse.  She and her husband moved to Vermilion three years ago from Minnesota. Growing up in Ohio, they came home to retire.
With a life long love for the arts, it didn’t take long for Carol and her husband, Jim to combine their two joys: His, the love of the outdoors and hers, creativity.
Jim began bringing home handfuls of beach glass, interesting pieces of driftwood, and other beach finds.  It didn’t take long for Carol’s creative juices to start flowing.

From driftwood and beach glass lamps to small desktop canvases (like this one), the fun began!  Soon, Carol began getting requests for custom pieces.
“I get to do what I love, and make others happy”.

Wine_Truck_2048x2048_110x110@2xOriginally from Vermilion, Kevin now resides in Westlake.  He travels extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe, capturing those experiences through his photography.  I’m happy to welcome him as one of the shop’s artists with his metal prints!

“Having a lifelong appreciation for the arts, a resourceful eye and a knack for creating things, I decided to share my vision of high-quality fine art decor with an emphasis on unique photography.  With the support of family and friends who have enjoyed my photography and custom picture framing over the years, I created Wall Zenmore, an online gallery offering fine art prints, framed prints, canvas prints, and metal prints.”
